Cancellation Policy: We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee to the card on file.

Extended Health Direct Billing: For your convenience, we offer direct billing to most insurance providers. If you are uncertain about your coverage, we recommend contacting your extended health provider, or our office will be pleased to verify your coverage on your behalf.
